The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service In The Saas Model (Software As A Service) Consisting In Providing The Ordering Party With Dedicated Computer Software To Manage The Sale Of Admission Tickets To Zoo Wrocław Sp. Z O. O. Using The Dynamic Prices Mechanism (Dynamic Pricing). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annexes No. 1 (Description Of The Subject Of The Order) And No. 9 (Draft Contract) To This Swz 2.1. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Optimize The Ordering Partys Revenues And Effectively Manage The Facilitys Occupancy By: Maximizing Sales In Periods Of High Demand, Increasing The Availability Of The Offer For Price-Sensitive People Thanks To The Possibility Of Purchasing Tickets At Lower Prices When Booking In Advance Or On Dates With Lower Occupancy.2.2. The System Must Ensure Automatic Adjustment Of Admission Ticket Prices In Real Time, Based On Advanced Artificial Intelligence (Ai) And Machine Learning Algorithms. 2.3. The Algorithms Must Be Adapted To The Specificity Of The Ordering Partys Facility And Continuously Analyze At Least The Following Variables (So-Called Inputs): Historical Data: Sales Trends From Similar Periods In Previous Years, Current Demand: The Current Rate Of Booking And Selling Tickets For A Given Date, External Factors: Weather Forecasts (Taking Into Account Weather/Visitation Correlation), Calendar Of Days Off, Holidays And Holiday Periods, User Behavior: Analysis Of Conversions In The Online Store And Purchasing Behavior Customers.2.4. The System Must Enable The Ordering Party To Have Full Control Over The Pricing Policy By Defining The So-Called Price Safeguards (A Set Of Rigid Rules And Restrictions Imposed On Artificial Intelligence Algorithms To Prevent Uncontrolled Or Image-Damaging Price Changes), 2.5. The Contractor Will Implement Mechanisms To Establish For Each Type Of Ticket/Date: Floor Price: The Threshold Below Which The Price Will Never Fall. Ceiling Price: The Upper Price Limit That The System Will Not Exceed. 2.6. All Price Changes Must Take Place Automatically Within Ranges Defined And Approved By The Ordering Party.2.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Full Functional Integration Of The Offered Solution With The Ordering Partys Online Sales Channels, In A Way That Allows Automatic Updating Of Ticket Prices Over Time. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In An Integration Model As Well As In A Comprehensive Model, 2.8. As Part Of The Implementation, The Contractor Will Configure The Algorithms And Train The Ordering Partys Staff In The Use Of The Administration Panel And Interpretation Of Analytical Reports.
