1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Taking Over The Obligation To Ensure Recycling In 2026, Conducting Public Educational Campaigns And Reporting.2. The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Packaging Waste Listed Below, In Estimated Quantities Indicated On The Basis Of Data Regarding Packaging Introduced By The Ordering Party To The Market In 2025.3. As Part Of The Service Of Taking Over The Obligation To Ensure Recycling, The Ordering Party Transfers To The Contractor, And The Contractor Takes Over From The Ordering Party: 1) The Obligation To Ensure Recycling Of Packaging Waste Introduced By The Ordering Party To The Market In Accordance With The Information Provided By Him Regarding Their Quantity (Weight) And Type. The Recycling Obligation Will Each Time Be Carried Out In Accordance With Article 17 Of The Act Of June 13, 2013 On Packaging And Packaging Waste Management (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 927, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As The Act), At The Level Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of December 19, 2021 On The Annual Levels Of Recycling Of Packaging Waste In Particular Years. Until 2030 (Journal Of Laws 2021, Item 2375, As Amended) Issued Pursuant To Art. 20 Section 6 Of The Act.2) Obligation To Conduct Public Educational Campaigns Referred To In Art. 19 Of The Act.3) Reporting Obligation In The Field Of Packaging And Packaging Waste Management Resulting From Art. 45 Of The Act And The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 54), In Accordance With The Scope And Deadlines Specified In The Acts.
