The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works, 2) Earthworks, 3) Road Drainage Works (Including Culverts Under The Exits), 4) Sidewalk Works (Including The Construction Of Curbs And Edges), 5) Road Foundation Works (Including Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil For Construction Layers), 6) Construction Of The Road Gauge, 7) Road Surface Works (By Laying The Surface Made Of Mineral And Bituminous Mixtures - Roadway 2,290.00 M Long And 5.5 M Wide,8) Finishing Works, Including: Vertical Adjustment Of Underground Facilities At The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order,9) Roadside Works,10) Installation Of Markings,11) Ensuring Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works.4.3. The Contractors Tasks Also Include: 1) Delivery And Installation Of Two Information Boards With Dimensions Of 180X120 Cm On A Frame Or Posts Made Of Stainless/Powder-Galvanized Steel - Boards Informing About The Co-Financing Of The Task, 2) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, 3) Surveying Services And Conducting An As-Built Surveying Inventory, 4) Relocation Of A Bus Shelter, 5) Relocation Of A Telecommunications Pole, 6) Plantings Compensation,7) Purchase And Installation Of A Hybrid Pedestrian Crossing Lighting Set.4.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, Including: Construction Designs, Land Development Designs, Permanent Traffic Organization Designs, Decisions And Arrangements; Taking Into Account Explanations Provided During The Public Procurement Procedure, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities, Provided That If The Content Of The Design Documentation And The Stwiorb Contain Any Provisions Regarding The Evidence In Question, Warranty Periods, On-Site Inspection Or Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular The Rules For Introducing Additional Or Replacement Works, Acceptance Of Works, Method Of Settlement, Which Are Not Reflected In The Content Of This Swz And The Draft Contract Or Are Inconsistent With Them, The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz Should Be Accepted As Binding.
