The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of Lighting In The Inowrocław Commune: 1) Road Lighting In The Town Of Borkowo, Plot No. 22/2: The Technical Documentation Provides For The Construction Of 10 Lighting Fixtures, While According To The Offer Cost Estimate, The Scope Of Work Covered By This Procedure Includes The Construction Of 7 Pieces. As Part Of Previous Projects, Lamps Marked On The Map With Numbers 2/1, 1/1, 1/2 And A Control Cabinet Were Made. The Ordering Party Provides Documentation On The Website Of The Conducted Procedure. Detailed Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order (For 5 Parts) Were Included In The Technical Documentation And Offer Cost Estimates For Construction Works. The Offer Cost Estimate Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. All Works Covered By The Subject Matter Of The Proceedings And The Contract Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Site Development Design/Technical Documentation And Applicable Legal Regulations. The Subject Of This Procedure Is Construction Work Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law. If In The Swz And Any Other Tender Documentation, The Ordering Party Indicated Parameters, Trademarks, Source, Origin Indicating A Specific Manufacturer, Such Indications Constitute Only A Technical, Qualitative Or Functional Standard And Does Not Mean That The Described Devices Are The Only Ones That Can Be Offered To The Ordering Party. The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Products. An Equivalent Product Is One That Will Have, At Least For The Typical, Basic Parameters That Characterize A Given Product, Functional And Quality Features Not Inferior To The Indicated Model Product. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Safe Manner That Does Not Pose A Threat To Persons Taking Part In The Construction And To Third Parties, In Accordance With Fire Protection Conditions, And Taking Into Account Not To Deteriorate The Condition Of Existing Facilities.
