The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly At The Public Transport Network Stops In The Łomianki Commune Indicated By The Ordering Party: - 11 Pieces Of Shelters, - 2 Sets Of Bicycle Racks, Along With The Preparation And Submission Of Technical And As-Built Documentation. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To: - Inspect The Places Where The Shelters And Bicycle Racks Will Be Located, In Terms Of Technical And Organizational Possibilities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement; - Complete And Submit The Technical Documentation To The Ordering Party; - Prepare The Shelters (Understood As Execution, Purchase From A Third Party Or Reservation From The Warehouse) In Accordance With The Opz, The Agreement And Relevant Legal Provisions; - Delivery Of The Shelters To The Indicated Locations And Their Assembly Together With Accompanying Works In Cases Where They Will Be Necessary For The Subsequent Proper Operation Of The Shelter; - Delivery Of Sets Of Bicycle Racks To The Indicated Locations And Their Assembly Along With Preparation Of The Ground Due To At Least Partial Foundation In Green Areas; - Completing And Submitting As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party.
