The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Reagents And Consumables Along With The Lease Of An Immunological Analyzer For A Period Of 36 Months For The Needs Of The Analytical Laboratory At The Zoz In Siechnice, Siechnice Commune. 4.4. The Quantities Specified In The Assortment, Quality And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Offer Form Are Estimates, Depending On The Number Of Patients Referred For Tests. The Scope Of Supply Of Reagents And Consumables Will Be Determined By The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Of At Least 70% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Awarded Order.4.5. The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Equipment And Reagents, Should Meet All Legal Requirements To The Extent That They Are Subject To Them, In Particular The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620), As Well As Implementing Acts.
