The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Purchase By The Contractor, Within The Scope Of Its Companys Activities, Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader That Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, 2) Handing Over This Backhoe Loader To The Ordering Party For Paid Use Under The Terms Of Operational Leasing, 3) Delivery Of The Backhoe Loader To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, 4) Providing All Documentation Required By Law And Procedure Documentation, 5) Conducting Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees On Deliveries,6) Providing Warranty And Service In The Formula Of A Factory Extended Manufacturers Warranty Package For A Period Of 3 Years Or Until 3,000 Operating Hours, Depending On Which Event Occurs First,7) Transfer Of Ownership Of The Leased Item To The Ordering Party After The End Of The Leasing Period And Payment Of The Purchase Price.4.
