The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Of Building A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles Along The National Road No. 94G On The Section From Km 82+400 To Km 84+680, Located In The Towns Of Ładna And Pogórska Wola. As Part Of The Order, A Concept And Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, Along With The Necessary Infrastructure, Should Be Developed In The Area Indicated On The Map Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Required Arrangements, Administrative Decisions, Permits, Including In Particular A Valid Building Permit Or Notification Of Works With A Certificate Of No Objection To The Construction Notification, Permission To Cut Down Trees, And Obtain Consent On Behalf Of The Ordering Party From The Owners Of The Plots For The Implementation Of The Investment In The Form Of Loan Agreements, And Obtain All Decisions From Administrators, Managers And Administrators, E.G.
