The Ordering Party Informs That The Definition Of The Subject Of The Order Used In The Swz By Indicating Proper Names, Etc. Is Only Intended To Specify The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Present Evidence Of Equivalence In The Offer. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Obligation To Submit In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Tor And To Demonstrate Equivalence Lies With The Contractor. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
