Tenders are invited for License to Utilize Advertising Billboard Sites in Al Farwaniyah Governorate. A fee for purchasing tender documents is required: Companies and institutions previously qualified by the Municipality and wishing to participate and obtain the tender documents must pay KD 200 (two hundred Kuwaiti Dinars only). Bid Validity Period: Bids are valid for (90) (ninety) days from the date of opening the envelopes. The bid remains valid and irrevocable from the date of issuance, and no price amendments will be accepted after the bid has been submitted.
