The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Establish A Future-Proof, Operationally Reliable And Coherent Solution That Supports Safety For Citizens And Efficient Workflows For Employees At Care Centres. The Client Has Planned The Setup And Commissioning Of 250 Digital Observation Units For Use In Anonymous Supervision, Incident Detection And Support For Night And Security Visits - With A Particular Focus On Screened Sections And Temporary 24-Hour Accommodation Places (Mdo). At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Has Entered Into A Contract With A Supplier For A Comprehensive Modernization Of The Ordering Partys Emergency Call Solution, Where The Emergency Call System, Sensors And Gps Units Must Be Replaced And Implemented Anew. Both Solutions Must Form A Whole, Where Emergency Calls, Employee Alarms And Digital Observation Are Integrated With Each Other. Ease Of Use And Simple Operation Are Key Requirements, Just As Full Integration Between The Services In The Two Contracts Is Highly Valued, With A View To Supporting Coherent Workflows And Efficient Handling Of Incidents. During The Contract Period, The Supplier Must Focus On Ongoing Evaluation And Improvement Of The Solution Based On Feedback From Users And Technological Progress. Subscription Solution Contract For Digital Observation Includes Delivery And Operation Of Digital Observation In The Form Of A Subscription Solution. The Subscription Solution Must Include The Implementation Of All Necessary Equipment, Software, Sim Cards, Technical Infrastructure, Administration System, Operation And Maintenance Of An Overall Cloud-Based Solution For Digital Observation And Digital Supervision At The Ordering Partys Care Centers And With The Possibility Of Use In Home Care.
