With This Tender, The Client Wants To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One (1) Contractor For The Supply And Replacement Of Approximately 10,000 Post-Top Luminaires And 7,000 Case Luminaires. The Reason For This Is That A Significant Part Of The Municipalitys Public Lighting Will Be Replaced Or Upgraded On A Large Scale In The Period Up To And Including 2030. This Means Replacing Existing Fixtures With New Led Fixtures. This Will Be Translated Into Projects Carried Out On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement. With This Tender, The Client Wants To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One (1) Contractor For The Supply And Replacement Of Approximately 10,000 Post-Top Luminaires And 7,000 Case Luminaires. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement, Based On The Regularly Available Budget And Historical Data Of The Client, Is Approximately € 2,950,000.00 Excl. Vat, Per Year. For A Term Of The Framework Agreement Of Four (4) Years And Six (6) Months, This Amounts To € 13,500,000.00 Excl. Vat. Tenderers Cannot Derive Any Rights From This.
