We Are Procuring Oracle Warehouse Management System (Wms) As An Extension Of Phsa’S Existing Oracle Enterprise Environment, Not As A Standalone Warehouse Tool. Phsa Already Uses Oracle Based Systems, Including Oracle Health, Formerly Cerner, Peoplesoft, Procurement And Clms Capabilities, Which Support Critical Clinical, Financial, Procurement And Supply Chain Operations. Oracle Wms Will Extend This Environment Into Warehouse Operations By Enabling Item Master Data, Product Lifecycle Information, Product Attributes And Logistics Data To Flow Through Receiving, Inventory Management, Distribution And Downstream Clinical Systems. Because It Leverages Existing Oracle Integration Frameworks, Apis, Data Structures And Security Controls, Phsa Can Maintain A Single Source Of Truth, Reduce Duplicate Data Entry, Avoid Custom Middleware And Reconciliation Layers, And Strengthen Traceability, Auditability, Warehouse Accuracy And Patient Safety Controls. In Accordance With Applicable Trade Agreements Phsa, Has Chosen Not To Proceed With A Competitive Process For The Following Reason:For Additional Deliveries By The Original Supplier Of Goods Or Services That Were Not Included In The Initial Procurement, If A Change Of Supplier For Such Additional Goods Or Services: Cannot Be Made For Economic Or Technical Reasons Such As Requirements Of Interchangeability Or Interoperability With Existing Equipment, Software, Services, Or Installations Procured Under The Initial Procurement; Andwould Cause Significant Inconvenience Or Substantial Duplication Of Costs For The Procuring Entitysuppliers Who Wish To Challenge This Decision Should Submit A Detailed Written Objection For The Attention Of Elena Del Muro, Category Buyer, Im/It, Phsa Procurement, By Email
