The Terrell County Board Of Commissioners Is Seeking Qualifications From Energy Services Companies (Escos) To Develop And Implement A Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract For Various County Facilities In Accordance With Georgia Law. The Selected Esco Will Perform An Investment Grade Audit And Be Responsible For Identifying, Designing, Installing, Maintaining, And Helping Finance Energy Conservation Improvements Under A Fixed-Cost Agreement.
