Tenders Are Invited For Procurement Of Presentation Equipment For Tartu Applied College

The Subject Of The Procurement Contract Is The Procurement Of Equipment That Meets The Conditions Set Forth In The Technical Specification, Together With Transport To The Location Specified By The Supplier. The Procurement Contract Is Concluded With One Successful Bidder. The Procuring Entity Has The Right To Reject Tenders On The Grounds And In The Manner Provided For In Rhs § 116. The Procuring Entity Has The Right, If Justified, To Declare The Procurement Procedure Invalid On Its Own Initiative On The Basis Of Rhs § 73 Subsection 3 Point 6, Including In The Event That The Legal Continuation Of The Procurement Procedure Or The Conclusion Of The Procurement Contract Is No Longer Possible, Necessary Or Expedient Due To Circumstances Independent Of The Procuring Entity Or Objectively Justified For The Procuring Entity.
