3.1 The Procurer Proposes To Participate In The Public Tender Purchase Of A Passenger Car For The Education And Social Department Of The Raasik Municipal Government By Means Of A Capital Lease And To Submit Bids In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In The Rhad. 3.2 The Subject Of The Tender (Agreement) Is The Subject Of The Tender Contract Is The Purchase Of A M1 Category Five-Seat, Five-Door Passenger Car. The Latest Deadline For Handing Over The Car Is August 30, 2026. A.3.3 The Offeror Submits An Offer With An Informative Payment Schedule, Taking Into Account The Following Conditions: 3.3.1 Leasing Period: 60 Months 3.3.2 Down Payment: 3,000 Euros (Including Vat) 3.3.3 Capital Lease Without Residual Value 3.4 The Amount Of Installment And Lease Payment Must Be Indicated Separately In The Payment Schedule. When Concluding A Leasing Agreement, The Contract Fee Is Not Taken Into Account. 3.5 The Procurer Is Not Obliged To Conclude A Leasing Agreement With The Provider Or The Financier Provided By Him. The Procurer Reserves The Right To Choose A Leasing Provider Independently And To Enter Into A Leasing Agreement With The Financier Of Its Choice.
