This Document Is Not An Advance Notice, A Procurement Announcement Or A Request For Offers, But An Announcement About The Start Of A Market Survey As Part Of Procurement Planning. With This Announcement, The Welfare Region Of Itä-Uusimaa Starts The Market Survey In The Planned Procurement Of The Purchase Of A Pcr Research Device. The Aim Of This Request For Information Is To Collect Information On Whether There Are Companies Operating On The Market That Supply Pcr Research Devices That Meet The Requirements Of The Purchasing Unit. With This Request For Information, The Welfare Region Of Itä-Uusimaa Does Not Order A Pcf Device Or Other Medical Device And Does Not Commit To Cooperation With The Supplier. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Map Potential Suppliers Who Will Supply The Pcf Devices Described In The Request For Information For The Needs Of The Itä-Uusimaa Welfare Region. All The Information And Descriptions Presented In The Information Request And Its Appendices Are Preliminary And Preliminary Information That Does Not Bind The Welfare Region. The Device Can Be Used By A Nurse Working Alone And That The Device Can Be Easily Moved From One Office To Another By One Person. Performed As A Fingertip Blood Sample As A Roll Test And The Analysis Time Must Be A Maximum Of One Hour.- The Device Is Used Or Has Been Used In Similar Mobile Testing Sites- The Device Must Isolate, Amplify And Detect Hepatitis C Virus Rna And Include Controls For The Adequacy Of The Sample And To Ensure The Success Of The Test Run- The Method Must Be Compatible With The Business License Application To The Institute Of Health And Welfare, Which Is A Prerequisite For Testing (Thl-Approved Device For This Purpose)- The Device Must Be Easily Portable- The Device Supplier Must Offer Maintenance Service For The Device After The Warranty Period. The Service Contract Must Include Maintenance And Fault Repairs. The Equipment Supplier Must Be Able To Deliver Both The Device And The Necessary Test Packages, Blood Collectors And Service Service. The Welfare Area Of East Uusimaa Is A Welfare Area Of Approximately 100,000 Inhabitants, Which Organizes Services For The Residents Of Seven Municipalities (Askola, Lapinjärvi, Loviisa, Myrskylä, Porvoo, Pukkila And Sipoo). We Are Looking For Suppliers Who Can Deliver The Requirements Of The Purchasing Unit According To The Pcr Device, To Inform About The Device They Are Offering And At The Same Time Attach A Brochure About The Device And Possibly Also About The Maintenance Service By The Given Deadline. Comments And Additional Questions Submitted To The Procurement Unit Will Not Be Answered. Those Who Answered The Request For Information Will Not Be Compensated For Answering The Request For Information Or For Participating In A Possible Market Dialogue Event. Answering The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Supplier To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Later Participation In The Actual Tender. Answering Or Not Answering The Request For Information Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Bidding Process.
