Tenders Are Invited For Procurement Of Sports Arenas (3 Pieces) For Local Sports Venues

The Object Of The Procurement Is The Game Arenas Delivered And Installed At The Nearby Sports Facilities In Lohja Muijala, Metsola And Virkkala, A More Detailed Location Map Is Attached. The Arenas Must Have Four Approximately 800 Mm Wide Access Openings, Implemented Using The Road Barrier Principle. Soccer Goals With Nets And Basketball Hoops Must Be Included At Both Ends Of The Arenas. The Entire Playing Arena Must Be Covered With Olive Green Artificial Turf With A Pile Length Of 20 Mm And Quartz Sand Used As Filling. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Installation Of The Artificial Turf And The Appropriate Leveling And Compaction Of The Base. The Procurement Also Includes The Demolition Of The Old Playing Arenas Of Muijala And Metsola With Artificial Turf Surfaces And The Removal And Proper Recycling Of All Demolition Materials At The Suppliers Expense. The Offer Must Include The Transportation Of The Products In Accordance With The Request For Tender To The Installation Site, The Unloading And Installation Of The Loads. A Minimum Two (2) Year Warranty Is Required For Materials And Installation, And The Work Must Be Completed By August 31, 2026.
