The District Of Barriere (Owner) Invites Proposals, Through This Negotiated Request For Proposal (Nrfp), From Proponents For The Cluster C Wastewater Treatment Plant Project. The Proponent Is To Include The Following Work That Represents A Base Proposal: • Construct Pre-Eq, Post-Eq, Sbr Concrete Tanks • Constructing Filtration Building C/W Interior Framing, Equipment, Pluming, And Electrical • Install Owner Supplied Equipment • Construct Control Structure For Discharge To Infiltration Trenches • Modify Existing Piping Within Ls2 With New Pumps • Modify Existing Piping Within Headworks Building • Install Pre-Cast Valve Chambers • Process, Air And Yard Piping • Electrical Works C/W New Mcc, Transformer, Panel, Plc And Automatic Transfer Switch, Generator C/W Power And Control Wiring. • Iterative Disinfection Of Existing Forcemain’ • Excavation, Backfill, Final Grading, And Paving In Addition To Responding To The Base Proposal, The Proponent Is Invited To Propose Any Innovations That The Proponent Believes Will Reduce The Cost Of The Project, Improve The Constructability Of The Project, Or Improve The Performance Of The Facility. The Intent Is For The Proponent To Use Their Knowledge Of Construction Practices To Improve The Overall Project By Shortening The Construction Time Frame And Reducing The Overall Project Cost. Proponent Meeting An Optional Site Meeting Will Be Held At The Wastewater Treatment Plant Site At 9:00 Am On May 20, 2026. This Meeting Will Be The Only Opportunity That The Owner Will Be Available To Meet With Prospective Proponents. This Is Not A Mandatory Meeting.
