The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is The Performance Of An Mrs Of The Site Repair And Increase Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Town Hall Building In The Village Of Drenovets, Municipality Of Ruzhintsi, Under The Beautiful Bulgaria Project. The Implementation Includes Construction And Assembly Works For The Realization Of The Construction Of The Object, According To Approved Investment Projects, Quantities And Types Of Construction Materials And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order And The Price Proposal. Deadline For Order Fulfillment: 4 (Four) Months. The Participant Selected As The Contractor Must Ensure The Employment Of Unemployed Persons Registered In Dbt During The Implementation Of The Object, Who Are Part Of The General Composition Of Workers, Subject To Compliance With The Following Requirements: A) Ensures 34 Man-Months Of Work Put In By The Total Number Of Workers For The Duration Of The Smr Contract, Maintaining An Average Of 9 Workers On The Site Per Month On A Labor Contract; B) Compulsorily Provides 15 Man-Months Of Work By Unemployed Persons Hired By Dbt, Regardless Of Their Qualifications, For The Duration Of The Smr Contract, Maintaining An Average Of 4 Unemployed Persons Per Month On A Labor Contract. The Funds Are In Accordance With Agreement No. Rd-17-8/ 17.04.2026 Between The Municipality Of Ruzhintsi And The Ministry Of Labor And Social Policy For Financing Under The Beautiful Bulgaria Project.
