The Same Represents Separate Position No. 2 - Part Of A Public Procurement, Awarded In Accordance With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) With The Subject Upgrading Of A Server Complex, Supply And Implementation Of An Archiving Device, Supply And Installation Of Licenses And Provision Of The Necessary Accompanying Services (Unique Number Of The Order In The Rop 02255-2026-0001), Which Includes Four Separate Items: Separate Item No. 1: Expanding The Capacity Of A Server - 2 Units And A Disk System (Finished With A Decision To Determine A Contractor); Specific Item No. 2: Supply And Installation Of A Dedicated Disk Backup System (Discontinued); Separate Position No. 3: Delivery And Implementation Of Licenses For Securing A Server Complex (Not Completed); Item No. 4: Renewal Of Antivirus Software Licenses (Completed With Contractor Selection And Contract Concluded). On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code And Art. 7 Of The Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Has Announced The Awarding Of The Performance Of Separate Item No. 4 By Direct Awarding In The Order Provided For Its Individual Value.
