Subject Of The Order: Reconstruction Of Road No. Var 1175 /Iii-904/, Dolni Chiflik - Krivini - Golitsa - Bulair By Km. 0+040 To Km. 0+650 – Stage I The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of Road No. Var 1175 /Iii-904/, Dolni Chiflik - Krivini - Golitsa - Bulair From Km. 0+040 To Km. 0+650 – Stage I, According To Building Permit No. 69 Of 20.12.2022. An Investment Project Has Been Prepared And Approved For The Object, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Documentation For The Public Procurement. The Approved Investment Project For The Construction Is Divided Into Two Stages: Stage I - From Km 0+040 To Km 0+650 With A Length Of 610 M. And Stage Ii - From Km 0+650 To Km 3+770 With A Length Of 3120 M. The Object Of Implementation Of Cmr Of This Public Order Is Only A Stage I - From Km 0+040 To Km 0+650 With A Length Of 610 Meters. The Technical Prescriptions And Requirements Related To The Implementation Of Smr Are Described And Framed In The Technical Specification And The Investment Project, Both In Terms Of The Type And Specification Of The Individual Materials Used, And In Terms Of The Method And Technology Of Implementation. In View Of Which, With Regard To The Technical Specifications For The Implementation Of This Object, Those Specified In The Investment Project, The Technical Specification And The Ccc, Which Are Part Of This Documentation, Should Be Used. The Construction Is Categorized In The Third Category, According To Art. 6, Para. 1, Item 1, Of Ordinance No. 1 Of July 30, 2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types And According To The Provisions And Texts Of Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letter A Of The Territorial Planning Act. Note: The Current Procedure Is Conducted In Accordance With Art. 181, Para. 2 Of The Zop Subject To Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 104, Para. 3 Of The Zop (The So-Called Reverse Order Of Examination - The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Is Carried Out Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection, And The Examination, Evaluation And Ranking Of The Offers Will Be Carried Out According To The Order Of Article 61 Of The Ppzop).
