I. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Production, Delivery, Installation And Warranty Service Of Technological Furniture For The Needs Of The Primary School Dimitar Talev, Plovdiv. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: Manufacture, Delivery, Installation And Warranty Service Of New, Unused, Non-Recycled, Defect-Free, Meeting All Standards In The Republic Of Bulgaria Regarding Technical Operation, Fire Safety, Safety Norms Of Technological Equipment For The Needs Of Dimitar Talev Primary School, Plovdiv. The Fixed Furniture Should Be Made In Terms Of Types, Technical Characteristics And Dimensions According To The Annexes To This Documentation, Technical Project Containing Drawings With Visualization And Characteristics Of The Furniture And Should Be In Accordance With The Dimensions Of The Premises For Which It Is Intended, As Follows: 1. Model Furniture - 1 Pc.; 2. Furniture For Backpacks, Module 1 - W 120 / D 40 / H205 - 10 Pcs.; 3. Furniture For Backpacks, Module 2 - W 78 / D 40 / H205 - 3 Pcs.; 4. Kitchen Workshop - 1 Pc.; 5. Kitchen For Teachers - 1 Pc. This Public Procurement Covers Fabrication, Delivery And Installation Incl. Warranty Service Of New, Unused, Non-Recycled, Defect-Free, Meeting All Standards In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Regarding Technical Operation, Fire Safety, Safety Standards, Technological School Furniture For The Needs Of Dimitar Talev Primary School, Plovdiv. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Zop, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Scope, Volume And Conditions Of The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, Are Described In Detail And Regulated In The Technical Specification And The Technical Project Of The Furniture, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. Ii. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Activities Of Manufacturing, Delivery And Installation Of The Furniture Is Specified And Proposed By The Participant In The Participants Technical Proposal - Appendix No. 2, In Calendar Days, In Whole Numbers. The Term For The Execution Of The Order (Execution Of The Activities Of Production, Delivery And Installation Of The Furniture) Cannot Be Longer Than 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days. The Term For The Execution Of The Order (Implementation Of The Activities Of Production, Delivery And Installation Of The Furniture) Starts From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For Public Procurement.
