The Present Public Procurement Is Related To The Implementation Of Engineering Design And Construction Of The Site And Is A Consulting Service Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Territorial Planning Act And Related By-Laws, As Well As The Fulfillment Of The Duties Of A Safety And Health Coordinator According To Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004. For The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works, Namely: 1/Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Prepared Investment Project, According To Art. 142 Of The Zut; 2/Performance Of Construction Supervision, According To Art. 168 Of The Zut; 3/Control Of The Quality Of The Construction Materials And Products Delivered And Invested In The Constructions; 4/Exercising Control Of The Quantity And Quality Of The Completed Construction And Assembly Works; 5/Monitoring And Documenting All Circumstances Related To Construction. To Fulfill Its Obligations, The Contractor Should Submit Interim Progress Reports To The Employer; 6/Reporting Of Its Activities Through Interim And Final Reports; 7/Performance Of The Duties Of A Safety And Health Coordinator According To Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works.
