The Subject Of This Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Implementation Of Engineering (Design, Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works And Exercise Of Authors Supervision) For The Site: Restoration And Construction Of Geoprotective Facilities For Draining Stormwater And Strengthening The Municipal Gully At Borova St. With O.T. 155-191 And Osmi Mart Street, 155, 154, 153 And 152 In The Town Of Sarnitsa. In Accordance With Article 48, Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement, Contained In A Separate Document, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Contract Is Valid Until The Fulfillment Of All The Obligations Assumed By The Parties Under The Contract, But No Later Than 31.12.2028.
