Supply Of Food Products For The Needs Of Ran Bosilek Gabrovo Under Specific Items Separate Item No. 1 - Food, Beverages And Other Frozen, Preserved Or Packaged Goods Separate Item No. 2 - Other Foodstuffs, Bread And Fresh Fruit And Vegetables The Estimated Value For Separate Item No. 2 Is Eur 5,660.00 (Five Thousand Six Hundred And Sixty Euros) Excluding Vat, Which Represents Less Than 20% Of The Total Value Of The Order - Eur 28,300.00 (Twenty-Eight Thousand And Three Hundred Euros) Excluding Vat. Vat Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 1: Food, Beverages And Other Frozen, Preserved Or Packaged Goods Is Eur 22,640.00 (Twenty-Two Thousand Six Hundred And Forty Euros) Excluding Vat. The Public Order Under Specific Position No. 1, According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop Should Be Awarded According To The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order, Therefore The Applicable Award Order Is The One Regulated In The Provision Of Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 2 Of The Zop, According To Which, The Assignment Should Be Carried Out According To The Formal Procedure Provided For A Public Competition Within The Meaning Of Art. 178 In Conjunction With Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 2 Of Zop. ----, From The Present, The Subject Of Awarding According To The Present Procedure Is Only Separate Position No. 1. Separate Item No. 2 Other Food Products, Bread And Fresh Fruits And Vegetables Will Be Assigned According To Its Individual Value In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop And Submission Of An Offer Under This Item Is Not Applicable.
