The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Employer And The Contractor, Are In Accordance With The Draft Contract, The Technical Specifications - An Integral Part Of The Documentation, The Technical And Price Proposal Of The Contractor, As Well As In Accordance With The Current Legislation And Established Rules In The Field Of Services Related To Food Delivery.
