The Technical Project For The Implementation Of The Investment Includes Only One Project Part - The Architectural Part. Considers A Project Solution For Renovating The Interior Of The Reading Room, The Library And All Rooms Designated For Clubs And The Service Rooms To Them. Activities Are Planned In Two Main Groups: Group 1: Current Repair Of The Waterproofing Coating Of A Separate Part Of The Roof (Without The Part Above The Auditorium Which Is Made Of Sandwich Panels And Is In Excellent Condition), Making A New Cement Screed And Laying A New Layer Of Waterproofing; Group 2: On-Going Repair To Restore The Surface Of Walls And Ceilings Of The Rooms Above The Service Rooms, Incl. Scraping The Swollen Plaster On Walls And Ceilings, Patching The Plaster On The Affected Parts; Plaster Plastering On Walls And Ceilings, Durable Covering Of Window Walls Of French Windows With Xps 3 Cm, Priming And Painting With Latex.
