The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is The Execution Of The M&D Of The Site Construction Of A Vertical Lifting Platform Of The City Hall Building, Drenovets Village, Ruzhintsi Municipality, Under The Beautiful Bulgaria Project. The Implementation Includes Construction And Assembly Works For The Realization Of The Construction Of The Object, According To Approved Investment Projects, Quantities And Types Of Construction Materials And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order And The Price Proposal. Construction Is The Fourth Category, According To Zut. Building Permit No. 2/02/09/2026 Was Issued For The Site By The Chief Architect Of Ruzhintsi Municipality. Deadline For Order Fulfillment: 4 (Four) Months. The Participant Selected As The Contractor Must Ensure The Employment Of Unemployed Persons Registered In Dbt During The Implementation Of The Object, Who Are Part Of The General Composition Of Workers, Subject To Compliance With The Following Requirements: A) Ensures 14 Man-Months Of Work Put In By The Total Number Of Workers For The Duration Of The Smr Contract, Maintaining An Average Of 4 Workers On The Site Per Month On A Labor Contract; B) Compulsorily Provides 6 Man-Months Of Work Performed By Unemployed Persons Hired By Dbt, Regardless Of Their Qualifications, For The Duration Of The Smr Contract, Maintaining An Average Of 2 Unemployed Persons Per Month On A Labor Contract. The Funds Are In Accordance With Agreement No. Rd-17-7/ 17.04.2026 Between The Municipality Of Ruzhintsi And The Ministry Of Labor And Social Policy For Financing Under The Beautiful Bulgaria Project.
