The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Hygiene Materials For The Needs Of The Sbal For Childrens Diseases Prof. Ivan Mitev Ead, Included In The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code And Includes The Following Separate Items: Heading 1: Garbage Sacks And Plastic Bags Heading 2: Buckets, Boxes And Others Separate Heading 3: Cleaning Preparations In Connection With Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Included In Approved By Decision No. 591/18.07.2016 Of The Council Of Ministers List Of Goods And Services According To The General Glossary Of Terms, Which Are Intended For Awarding Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities Or For Businesses Whose Main Purpose Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position. On The Basis Of Art. 12, Para. 5 Of The Zop, Persons May Participate, Provided That At Least 30 Percent Of Their List Consists Of People With Disabilities Or Those In A Disadvantaged Position Registered At Least Three Years Before The Date Of Opening Of The Order And Comply With Art. 12, Para. 6 Of The Zop. In These Cases, The Participants Must Be Registered As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities At Least Three Years Before The Date Of Opening Of This Public Procurement And Meet The Condition Provided For In Art. 12, Para. 6 Of The Zop - To Be Able To Fulfill At Least 80 Percent Of The Subject Of The Order With Their Own Machines, Equipment And Human Resources. To Fulfill The Condition, They May Use Subcontractors Or Refer To The Capacity Of Third Parties, If The Subcontractors Or Third Parties Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. Offers May Be Submitted By Other Interested Parties, But They Will Be Considered Only If There Are No Accepted Offers From Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities That Meet The Conditions Stipulated By Law.
