The Provision Of Services Must Be Carried Out Annually, In Accordance With Current Anvisa Regulations. The Service Must Include The Issuance Of An Individualized And Printed Technical Report And Traceable Calibration Certificate For Inspection And Service Safety Purposes. The Documents Must Contain: Name, Brand, Model, Serial Number And Asset Number Of The Equipment; Detailed Description Of The Service Performed; Execution Date; Stamp And Signature Of The Responsible Technician.
