Structural Repairs To Beams, Bracing And Columns On The Underside Of The Landing Pier And Town Pier At Killybegs Fhc, Co. Donegal. The Works Include Hydro-Demolition Of Existing Defective Concrete And Areas Of Exposed Rebar And Reinstatement Of Concrete, Which May Include Making Good Areas Of Rebar As Agreed With The Engineer. The Works Also Include For The Removal Of A Redundant Oil Pipeline And Fittings On The Underside Of The Town Pier And Wharf Areas. These Works Are On Areas That Are Accessible To The Public And The Piers Are Used By The Fishing For Landings As Well As Berthing, Which Shall Not Be Impinged By The Works. Tidal Conditions Are Key To The Works Programme For This Project As Access To The Underside Of The Piers Is Determined By Tides. Temporary Works Design Shall Be Submitted To The Project Coordinator (Manus Mccallion) Prior To Commencement Of Works, And All Areas Of Structural Repair Shall Be Agreed Prior To The Works On Site.
