Even If The Procurement Includes Some Material, It Is Emphasized That This Agreement Does Not Grant Any Exclusivity On The Delivery Of Such Material, And That The Principal Is Otherwise Not Obliged To Purchase Material From The Service Provider. The Client Is Thus Free To Purchase Material From Our Other Framework Agreements And Still Use An Agreement Supplier For Work To Be Carried Out Without A Mark-Up In The Agreed Prices For Work.
