The Machine Must Be Delivered Prepared And Ready For Use Upon Delivery, Including Necessary Documentation In Norwegian, Operator Training As Well As Functional Testing And Acceptance Test. The Acquisition Includes A Wheel Loader In A Weight Class Of Approx. 18–20 Tonnes, Adapt To Work With Bulk Handling, Compost Production, Loading Of Waste And Handling Of Containers And Additional Equipment. Functions, Technical Specifications, Equipment And Options Can Be Found In Annex 1 – Requirements Specification (Excel). All Technical And Functional Requirements In Appendix 1 Are Binding Minimum Requirements Unless Otherwise Stated. The Supplier Must Offer A Complete Machine Ready For Operation, Including Training At Simas, A Documented Service And Maintenance Plan And A Guarantee In Accordance With The Requirements In Appendix 1. Response Times For Mishandling And Service Are Required. The Delivery Must Be Carried Out Ddp (Incoterms 2010) To Simas Facility In Kaupanger. The Competition Is Conducted As An Open Tender Competition Without Negotiation In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act (Loa) And The Public Procurement Regulations (Foa) Part Iii (Above The Eea Threshold). All Communication And Submission Of Offers Must Take Place Via Kgv (Artifik). Qualification Requirements Must Be Documented By Espd In Kgv And Include Legal Establishment, Economic And Financial Capacity As Well As Technical And Professional Capacity, Including Relevant References And Documented Workshop Network In Vestland. Award Is Made On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On The Following Criteria: Price (50%), Environment (20%), Quality And Performance (20%) And Service And Uptime (10%).
