General Project Description Sockertoppens Industrial Area Is A New Industrial Area Located In The Northern Part Of Åtvidabergs Conurbation. A Detailed Plan For The Area Has Been Drawn Up And The Next Step Is The Execution Contract For The First Part Of The Areas Development. The Aim Is To Produce Ready-To-Sell Properties For Industrial And Commercial Activities As Soon As Possible. 2. Scope And Volumes (Preliminary) About 1,300 Running Meters Of Road Infrastructure.
