The Purchase Quantity Is Unknown When The Agreement Is Concluded And Depends In Particular On The Consulting Needs Of The Corporate Customer As Well As The Selection From The Cooperation Partners Contractually Bound Within The Framework Of This Procedure, Which Only The Corporate Customer Makes. There Is No Obligation On The Part Of The Client To Call Up A Certain Amount Under The Cooperation Agreement.
