The Development Consists Of Two U-Shaped, Five-Story Building Blocks With A Green Inner Courtyard And A Central Residential Street For Access. The Construction Is A Wooden Hybrid Construction With A Reinforced Concrete Skeleton And Wooden Facade, Supplemented By A Shared Underground Car Park Under Large Parts Of The Property. Parts Of The Existing Cellar Will Be Retained For Tree Protection Reasons, And Part Of The Tree Population Will Also Be Secured. The Project Meets The Eh40 Standard And Is Planned To Be Completely Barrier-Free.
