The Order Includes Freelance Planning Services. The Following Services Are To Be Awarded: - Buildings And Interior Spaces (Service Phases 1 - 9 In Accordance With Hoai § 34 In Conjunction With Appendix 10) - Including Demolition Planning And Demolition Support; - Outdoor Facility Planning (Service Phases 1 - 9 In Accordance With Hoai § 39 In Conjunction With Appendix 11); - Structural Planning (Service Phases 1 - 6 In Accordance With Hoai § 51 In Conjunction With Appendix 14, Including Structural Fire Protection); - Technical Equipment (Service Phases 1 - 9 In Accordance With Hoai § 55 In Conjunction With Appendix 15, System Groups 1 - 5 And 8, Including Technical Systems In The Outdoor Facilities). The Required Services Are Based On The Hoai Service Profile. The Client Reserves The Right To Commission In Stages. The Client Reserves The Right To Have The Measure Implemented As A Contract Award, If Necessary With A Functional Service Description. The Performance Phases Of The Basic Services Are Then Reduced Accordingly.
