Description Of The Property The Primary School Was Built In The 1960S And Consists Of A Three-Story Main Building Without A Basement. The Existing Building Will Have An Additional Attic With A Gable Roof And A Full-Surface Thermal Insulation Composite System With A Curtain Facade. The Building Will Be Completely Gutted Except For The Shell And Then Renovated. A New Reinforced Concrete Extension Will Be Built To The South Of The Existing Building. A Shoring Solution Is Planned To The South And East Of The Existing Building For The Necessary Excavation Work. To The North Of The Existing Building, A New Reinforced Concrete Staircase Is Being Built, Which Will Serve As A Second Structural Escape Route. Access To The New Attic Is Via This Stairwell. Both Extensions Do Not Have A Basement And Have A Pile Foundation. When Constructing The Excavation Pits, It Is Essential To Take Into Account The Foundation Fracture Safety Of The Existing Building.
