Financial Leasing Services – Framework Contract For Bicycle Leasing. As Part Of The Collective Agreement On Deferred Compensation For The Purpose Of Leasing Bicycles In Municipal Services (Tv Bicycle Leasing) Dated March 1, 2021, The City Of Euskirchen Would Like To Enable All Employees And Civil Servants To Have A Company Bicycle As Part Of A Leasing Agreement. The Subject Of The Lease Is The Provision Of Bicycles Within The Framework Of Leasing (Partial Amortization Leasing) In Accordance With Tv Bicycle Leasing For The Purpose Of Providing Them To Employees And Civil Servants For Business And Private Use, Including Insurance And Services. In Particular, Handling The Ordering, Return And Claims Processing Processes, Maintenance And Repairs As Well As Incident Management. The Leasing Item May Only Be New Bicycles That Correspond To The Original Manufacturers Specifications. The Framework Agreement Is Intended To Have A Term Of 36 Months, With The Possibility Of An Option Period Of 1 Year.
