The Quantities Specified In The Individual Items Of The Tender Estimate Are Indicative During The Validity Of The Framework Agreement And Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Client. The Tender Estimate Indicates The Approximate Quantities That The Client Will Need During The Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement. The Client Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With The Selected Provider For A Period Of 48 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement By Both Parties To The Framework Agreement, Or Until The Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Exhausted, Whichever Occurs First.
