Accounting And Auditing Services – Purchase Of Auditing Services. The Tender Relates To The Purchasers Purchase Of Auditing Services. Thus, The Tender Includes The Following Services: 1) Audit Of Annual Accounts 2) Audit Of The Quality Fund Project 3) Other Tasks Of An Auditing Nature The Requirement Specification, Cf. Contract Annex 2, Contains A Detailed Description Of The Tendered Services. The Audit Task Includes The Audit Of All Accounting Areas Under The Contract. The Accounting Areas Appear In Sub-Appendices 2E-2I To The Contract. The Audit Task Includes Both Financial Audits And Management Audits, Cf. For More Details In Section 28 Subsection Of The Regional Act. 2. The Supplier Must Organize And Carry Out The Audit In Accordance With Good Audit Practice And The Regional Act, Other Relevant Legislation And Relevant Standards Etc. The Task Also Concerns The Audit Of The Following Quality Fund Project: The New University Hospital In Odense (New Ouh). The Task Includes A Review Of The Ordering Partys Quality Reporting So That The Supplier Can Submit Quarterly Auditors Statements And A Final Statement Regarding The Capital Accounts In Accordance With The Ministry Of Healths Audit Instructions For Processing Subsidies From The Quality Foundation For Hospital Construction (August 2023 Or Newer). The Ordering Party Also Wishes To Take Into Account That During The Contract Period There Will, From Experience, Be A Number Of Tasks Of An Audit Nature In Addition To The Services Described Above. The Annual Extent Of This May Be Difficult To Predict And Thereby Also Difficult For The Tenderer To Include In The Fixed Price For Auditing The Annual Accounts. For Example, There May Be Separate Declarations Regarding Project Accounts, Eu Accounts, Subsidy Projects For Ministries, Construction Accounts, Institutional Transfers To Municipalities, Special Investigations, Extra Tasks Regarding The Quality Fund Buildings, Health Structure Reform, Etc. The Tenderer Must State A Unit Price Per Hours For These Tasks. The Tender Relates To The Procurement Of Audit Services For All Region Southern Denmark Hospital Units/Hospital Units And Institutions, Including The Independent Institutions Specified In Contract Annex 2, Sub-Annex 2F. Contract Period: The Contract Includes An Audit Of The Clients Annual Accounts For The Following Years: 2027, 2028, 2029 And 2030. On Unchanged Terms, However, The Client Can Choose To Extend The Contract Up To 2 Times, Each Time By 2 Years, So That The Supplier Will, If Necessary, Accordingly Carry Out An Audit Of The Annual Accounts For The Years 2031 And 2032 As Well As For The Years 2033 And 2034. The Contract Also Includes An Audit Of The Ordering Partys Quality Fund Project From And Including The Year 2027 Until The Completion Of The Quality Fund Project, But No Later Than The Year Up To And Including The Year In Which The Supplier Has The Task Of Auditing The Annual Accounts. The Supplier Must, At The Customers Written Request, Carry Out Other Relevant Tasks (Cf. Above) For The Ordering Party, As The Supplier During The Period In Which The Supplier Has The Task Of Auditing The Customers Annual Accounts Must At The Customers
