Monitoring And Control Services – Framework Agreement For The Operation And Maintenance Of Water Management Systems, Trl Nachterstedt/Schadeleben. - Operation And Maintenance Of A Groundwater Collection System (21 Operational Filter Wells, 8 Non-Operational Filter Wells), Consisting Of Uwm Pumps, Risers, Pipeline Installation Components, Pipeline Drainage System, Probes, Control Cables, Power Cables, Low-Voltage Systems Including Control Cabinets, Frequency Converters, Sine-Wave Filters, Control Cabinet Air Conditioning Units, Digital Data Acquisition System, Fence Systems) - Operation And Maintenance Of A Pipeline Connection Between Two Opencast Mining Holes - Operation And Maintenance Of A Pumping Station - Operation And Maintenance Of Peripheral Systems And Electronic Measuring Systems - Repair And Special Services As Call-Off Services The Contract Is Advertised As A Framework Agreement With Services And Call-Off Services To Be Permanently Commissioned (From Section 06 Of The List Of Services). The Services Are Commissioned And Billed Intermittently As Required Via Individual Orders (Call-Offs) In The Ava@Lmbv. The Quantity Requirements For The Call-Off Services Listed In The Service List From Section 06 Onwards Represent Non-Binding Estimates. The Quantity Requirements Reflect The Current Planning Status. There Is No Entitlement To A Minimum Quantity Nor To The Total Quantities Stated. There Are No Claims Whatsoever For Levies Not Earned Due To Calls Not Being Made.
