The Object Of Procurement Is The Property Maintenance Services Needed By Kiinteistö Oy Helsingin Toimitilat In Accordance With The Tender Request And Its Attachments. In The Procurement, Property Maintenance Services Are Tendered For The Following Sites In Helsinki: 1. Salomonkatu 8, Kamppi Health And Wellness Center (Keskustan Thk) 2. Apollonkatu 12, Minervaskolan 3. Minervankatu 3 The Property Maintenance To Be Procured Includes The Maintenance Of The Buildings, Outdoor Areas And Technical Systems Of The Sites As Well As Management, Coordination And Control Of Maintenance And Certain Maintenance Work Mentioned In The Service Descriptions. The Service To Be Acquired At Salomonkatu 8 Also Includes The Tasks Of Monitoring The Site During The Warranty Period. The Scope Of Procurement Also Includes The Following Services As An Additional Procurement Option For The Customer: A) Dropping Of Roof Debris B) Removal Of Snow Piles At The Salomonkatu Location. At Apollonkatu And Minervankatu, Services Will Start On October 1, 2026. On The Basis Of The Tender, One (1) Bidder Who Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Bid Will Be Selected To Provide The Services At All Sites. It Is Not Possible To Submit Item-Specific Partial Offers. An Agreement Is Concluded With The Selected Service Provider, Which Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years And Continues Indefinitely Thereafter. The Anticipated Total Value Of The Acquisition For The First Four (4) Years Is A Total Of 450,000 Euros (Vat 0%). Target Visits During The Offer Period The Procurement Unit Will Organize Target Visits To The Sites On Tuesday, May 25, 2026 From 10 A.M. To 2 P.M. Destination Visits Start At Salomonkatu 8, After Which We Visit Apollonkatu 12 And Minervankatu 3. Attending The Site Visit Is A Mandatory Condition For Submitting An Offer. Persons Participating In Site Visits Are Recommended To Bring Their Own Protective Equipment To The Site Visit: Safety Shoes, Hearing Protection, Safety Vest, Protective Gloves And Safety Glasses. It Is Also Possible To Get Protective Equipment From The Site For The Duration Of The Site Visit.
