Construction-Site Supervision Services – Procurement Of Site Supervisors For The Vaarala Depot Project Management Contract. Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (Kloy Or Tilaaja) Organizes A Tender For The Services Of Site Supervisors For The Vaarala Depot Project Management Contract In Accordance With This Procurement Notice And Its Appendices. The Procurement Includes The Site Supervisors Of The New Building By Type Of Work For The Supervision Of The Vaarala Depot Project Management Contract. The Work-Specific Supervisors Are Building Construction, Hvac And Electrical Work Site Supervisors (3 In Total). The Supervisory Responsibilities And Interfaces Of The Supervisors Are Presented In The Documents And Task Lists Attached To This Procurement Notice. The Task Of Site Supervision Begins In The Development Phase With Getting To Know The Project And Preparatory Tasks. The Tasks Of The Site Phase Will Start At The Same Pace As The Start Of The Project Management Contract, Estimated In November 2026, And The Site Phase Will End At The End Of 2028. According To The Preliminary Schedule, Earthworks Will Be Started By The Alliance In June 2026, And The Foundation Phase Of The Building Will Begin In November 2026. Before The Completion And Start Of This Supervision Assignment, The Customer Will Arrange The Supervision Required For The Work Phases That Have Already Started. After The Completion Of This Control Procurement, The Control Responsibility Will Be Transferred To The Service Provider Selected In This Eu Procurement. Supervision Of The Alliances Work Is Not Included In This Assignment. Information And Documents Related To The Participation Phase Must Be Prepared And Submitted In The Tarjouspalvelu.Fi Service. The Application For Participation Must Contain All Requested Information And Documents. All Documents Attached To The Participation Application Are Delivered To The Customer Through The Tarjouspalvelu.Fi Service.
