The Object Of The Contract Is The Digital Preservation And Protection Of The Archive Of The Art Theatre, Given The Pivotal Importance It Played And Plays In The Field Of Greek Culture, As Well As Its Promotion Through The Planning And Development Of A Series Of Actions That Will Make It Known And Accessible To The Wider Public. In Particular, It Is Planned To Digitize: 1) Evidence • About 700 Programs Of All Performances. • About 300 Texts Of Plays (Many Anecdotes). • About 150 Sound And Lighting Texts. • About 7,000 Photos From Rehearsals And Performances. • About 520 Pieces Of Audio-Visual Material On Tapes And Videos, Mimi Kouyoumtzis Archive (With 16Mm Films). • Approximately 6,500 Newspaper Clippings With Reviews And Press Releases. • About 100 Videotaped Performances (From 2003 To Date). • Photos From Rehearsals, Performances And Events (1970-1998) - Approximately 15,000 Photos From The Personal Archive Of Dimis Argyropoulou. • About 150 Slides, About 30 Analog Films And About 15,000 Digital Photos. 2) Costumes-Sets-Objects • About 1,500 Costumes, Masks, Small Objects Of The Ancient Drama Performances. • About 50 Pieces Of Scenery From Ancient Drama Performances. • Approximately 3,500 Costumes Of Contemporary Repertoire (From The 1950S Onwards). • About 50 Personal Belongings Of Karolos Koun. • About 20 Parts Of Repertoire Stage Performances (From 1942 To The Present Day) In Scenographies By Yiannis Moralis, Yiannis Stefanellis, Savvas Haratsidis And Others. • About 50 Pieces Of Furniture From Shows Staged By Yannis Tsarouchis, Nikos Nikolaos, Giorgos Vakalos And Others. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Install And Host The Projects Applications And Hardware, In An Installation Of His Responsibility Or In A Special Data Hosting Center (Host Center) At No Additional Cost To The Organization For At Least Five (5) Years From The Date Of Receipt Of The Project. After This, The Contractor Is Obliged To Migrate The Application To The Digital Data Center That Will Be Indicated To Him.
