The Expansions In Faulensee Are Intended To Reduce The Burden On Parking Capacities For Construction And Maintenance As Well As For Rail Production. With This Project, The Existing Platform Edge And Other System Elements That Are No Longer Required Will Be Dismantled. In Addition, Track 691 Will Be Extended To A Total Usable Length Of 550 M For Construction And Maintenance. This Extension Is Necessary To Meet The Construction And Maintenance Requirements In The Spiez Node. The Conversion Essentially Includes The Following Project Parts: • Renewal Of The Existing Track 691 • Extension Of Siding 691 By 270M To A New Usable Length Of 550M • Dismantling Of The Faulensee Stop (Edge Of The Platform) And Other System Parts That Are No Longer Required • Replacement Of The Sealing Of The Rüdliallmendweg Road Underpass And Railings • Increasing The Bridge Border Of The Rüdliallmendweg Road Underpass • Adjustments To The Road Course Of Kirschgartenstrasse As Well Repair Of The Forecourt • Renovation Of Kirschgartenstrasse Including Plant Line Construction (Option)
