Szpitalna 45 And Back, And Assistance In Carrying Out Activities Related To Transport By Dialysis Patients, E.G. Getting On And Off, Etc.; 1.2 Transport Of People From The Dialysis Center Of The Provincial Hospital Of Dr. Roman Ostrzycki In Konin At Ul. Szpitalna 45 To Transplant Centers Throughout The Country (Poland) - Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 2. The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Detail In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Drafted Provisions Of The Contract). 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers Due To The Fact That The Scope Of The Order Can Be Completed By One Contractor. The Lack Of Division Does Not Limit Competition On The Market Or Hinder The Availability Of Orders. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Involve Increasing Costs For The Ordering Party, Technical Difficulties And Difficulties Related To Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing The Order. Such A Division Could Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Contract. 4. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Act, Specifies The Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Execution Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended), Including In Particular Persons Designated To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Directly Related To The Transport Of Persons, I.E.
