The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Appoint A Contractor And Conclude A Contract With Him For The Preparation Of A Complex Report For The Assessment Of Compliance With The Main Requirements For The Constructions And The Performance Of Technical Control Under The Constructive Part, And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Site, With A View To Carrying Out Quality Construction Of The Site, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And In Compliance With The Agreed Terms. ​​​​​​​​Investment Project (Project Documentation): The Investment Project (Project Documentation) And The Pup Project Will Be Prepared By The Contractor Under The Design And Construction (Engineering) Contract In The Volume And Content Specified In The Terms Of Reference For The Preparation Of The Technical Project And Pup Project (Appendix A To The Public Procurement Documentation) And In Accordance With The Regulatory Acts And Technical Specifications. *Note 1: For The Information Of The Participants In This Public Procurement, The Assignment For The Development Of A Technical Project And A Pup Project And Its Annexes Are Attached To The Documentation For The Public Procurement (Appendix A)! *Note 2: As Appendix No. 1 To The Assignment For The Development Of A Technical Project And A Pup Project, A Sample Of The Conceptual Project Prepared For The Site Is Presented, With The Route Of The Variant 1 Accepted By Etis (Blue Option) And Schemes Of Road Junctions And Intersections Accepted By Etis.
