The Main Purpose Of The Object Of The Sectoral Service Contract Is The Acquisition Of Services For The Development Of Technical Documentation In Order To Obtain Water Management Authorizations For: - An Overhead Power Line - Lea 220 Kv Gutinaș - Dumbrava; - 2 (Two) Electrical Transformer Stations - 400/220/110 Kv Gutinaș Electrical Transformer Station And 400(220)/110/20 Kv Focșani Vest Electrical Transformer Station. Following The Provision Of Services, Compliance With The Legislation In Force Regarding The Obtaining Of Water Management Authorizations For The Objectives Within Stt Bacău, Within The Legal Term Of The Expiry Date Of The Existing Water Management Authorizations And In Accordance With The Specific Legislation. The Duration Of The Contract Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months From The Date Stipulated In The Order To Start The Sectoral Service Contract, In Compliance With The Requirements Requested In The Specifications.
